The number of homes for sale in Pueblo County remained steady from last months number of 591 but is still significantly higher than a year ago. However, we are running about 11% lower than the number of homes that are available through this time last year. At this time last year interest rates were still very low and bidding wars were still happening.

The median price of homes sold through this year is $315,000 but in March we saw a median sales price of $324,950, still slightly lower than this time last year.

The yield on the 10-year Treasury note, which is closely tracked by the average 30-year mortgage rate is at 3.54% as of today, down from 4% at the beginning of March.
