Home sales fell in October to 187 homes down from 213 in September. The median sales price jumped to $314,950 from the previous month of $306,600. The number of homes also increased from the previous month from 781 in September to 802 in October.

Nationally, there were 1.15 million homes for sale or under contract, up 1.8% from September and down 5.7% from October 2022. That was the lowest number of homes for sale in October going back to 1999.
